You enter Solomon's Island through a glazed porch, into the cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove in the huge granite fireplace, and a chest of indoor games for the not so sunny days.
Adjoining this room is the dining room with an oil-fired Rayburn with two hotplates and an oven, which can be used for cooking as well
as providing heat and hot water. Beyond this is the kitchen with a conventional gas hob, fridge, microwave and stone larder.
Upstairs, Solomon's Island sleeps a maximum of 7 people. It has is a double room, a twin room, and one huge (children's) room with three single beds. Guests will need to bring bed linen and towels only, as duvet (inners), blankets and pillows are supplied.
All the rooms have wonderful views, either over the garden up the hill to Chûn Castle, or down across the heath to the sea – or both!
